We have been auditioning for over a year from over 300 applicants The actors have chosen each other. Actors are encouraged to work outside the company, and return. The actors have continued to support each other and create incomes through group work. In this way the company is attempting to achieve a high standard of continuity, training and support. Although ensemble work is important, the individual development of each actor is nurtured so that each is confident at playing leading roles. The actors chose the roles they wish to examine and perform and take it in turns to support each other.
